I'm Not Going to Make a Pimp Joke. That's Too Easy.
Normally I'm the leader of the anti-sweats brigade. But, everyonce and a while people need to take a break from the craziness of life and sit down in front of The WB with a magazine and just CHILL OUT. Whether it's because your friend is going after your ex-boyfriend, you realised that you don't actually remember the last time you slept in your own bed, or you are just a crazy person in general, it's a necessary thing in life.Primp makes ace sweatpants that the young Hollywood set was into for about 5 minutes. Which is just A-OK in my book. Overall, the clothes remind me of new Betsey Johnson mixed with some American Apparel comfort. And now that I've finished writing that bit I have realised that I've written about Primp already. But, that was way back in a whole nother season.
So. This sweatshirt/sweatpants combo has unicorns on them. Need I go into details about the coolness of unicorns? I think not.

ha. i totally and completely agree with the first 2 sentences. especially with the 'anti-sweats brigade' motion. i generally hate sweats. but chilling out is good. and sweats are comfy.

oh my stars! I love this to death! I already knew about Primp, and the wonderfulness of sweats, but unicorns just make it fantabulous! My favorite ring is a unicorn and a turquoise heart. props to you!

i love that! Primp is the way to wear sweats if you have too, like the cheetah hoddie? I cant say i havn't walked into nordstoms to try it on and walk around in it like i own it(i do that quite often w/clothes i like.) But hey, if you cant afford it, act like you can.

haha those sweats are funny...I personally hate them. well i read this blog about once a month and you have some pretty nice stuff I guess. Both my parents are in the fashion business, (My mom designs and owns a boutique and my dad used to design but now he styles models sometimes)so I enjoy reading what other people think about the season's trends (even though it looks like you don't always follow them...haha-me neither) It's cool that you also like music. I write a column for my school newspaper mostly on music, but I add some fashion in their also. Would it be okay if I mentioned your blog in an article? You already have a lot of readers from ELLEgirl Magazine.

I think that those Primp pieces are adorable - providing they are worn individually. Tracksuits as a collective are quite unfortunate. There is such a thing as matching too much. I wish you would have made a pimp joke! It would've been so chuckle-worthy.
i regulalrly have heard of primp before, but haven't bought anything. They used to have these splatter sweats that were ah-dorable!!!! They dont only have mythical creatures though, they also have cupcakes and other things (or used to):D
Another great thing by Primp: their thermals. They're super-soft and complement magnets.

I couldn't figure out how to e-mail my question, so I'll ask in comments. The school board passed a board on uniforms. "Standard dress" (same difference) And I have a complex about dressing the same as anyone else. How can I dress up my uniform without being sent home? We can wear polos: maroon, white, black, and grey; khaki (gag), black, and navy blue pants; Solid belts, socks, and tights; and closed toe and heel shoes. I know. It's painful, right?
I know I'm not super-fashionista Leith, but I just sorta felt like answering... Ralph Lauren and Lacoste polos are classics, and a good base to start. Are you allowed to wear dresses? If so, both Ralph and Lacoste make polo shirtdresses, and you could belt that with a solid colored belt. For pants, black straight-legged pants are good...I doubt they'd allow this but I am in love wtih straight-legged skinny jeans; those come in black. Are you allowed to wear skirts? If you are that would open up a range of possibilites...Anyways you probably wanna make shoes your main statement, and patent, glossy shoes are everywhere this season. Get those in a bright color that really pops. Pile on big, boho strands of beads. I know Leith's advice will prob. be better, but I was bored.
